The following highlights: Note that it does not apply to non-domestic wastewater – ARnD. Users of dispersed rural dwellings are exempt from the discharge permit but a referenced resolution is applied to them. The infiltration rate of the soil and the conditions of the humidity regime and the taxonomic order of the soil are important in determining Categories I, II and III and thus determining the permissible limits. Transitional regime up to 5 years depending on the provisions of Article 2.2.3.3.11.1.
