By which a twelve (12) month period is granted to users or holders of environmental licenses, permits for single forest use and authorizations to subtract national or regional forest reserve areas that are under a different regime from that regulated by the Resolution No. 256 of February 22, 2018, so that within the granted term, the current compensation manual of the biotic component is accepted, and other provisions are adopted.
